To ensure entry to Mind Space and a pleasant visiting experience, please observe the following rules:

1. Individuals and organisations have to register through this website at least 3 working days prior to the proposed date of visit. Walk-ins and telephone bookings will not be accepted.
2. After the registration is completed, the applicant will receive a confirmation email.
3. Individual visitors who wish to change or cancel their visit pass must do so through this website at least 3 days prior to the visit. Organisation visitors who wish to change or cancel their visit pass must do so through this website at least 7 days prior to the visit.
4. Mind Space reserves the right to cancel bookings which are suspected of commercial activity (e.g. paid tours to Mind Space) without prior notice.
5. To ensure fair visitation opportunities, applicants are not allowed to make duplicate bookings within 6 months after successfully reserving a session. Mind Space reserves the right to cancel such bookings without prior notice.
6. Visitors should arrive at the rear gate of Castle Peak Hospital on the day of visit, and present the valid confirmation email for identity verification and entry to Mind Space.
7. The visit requires 3 hours. Visitors are encouraged to arrive Mind Space 10 minutes before the reserved time. Mind Space reserves the right to deny admission of the persons or organisations that arrive after the start of the reserved time.
8. Please keep the venue clean. Eating, drinking, spitting, littering and smoking are prohibited inside the venue.
9. Do not bring any offensive or potentially dangerous items into the venue.
10. Do not smear or damage any exhibits, installations, walls and facilities in the venue. In the event of any damage to the articles of the venue, the person concerned shall pay compensation at the price.
11. Please do not make excessive noise, run or play in the venue.
12. Please keep quiet during your visit, switch off or turn your mobile phones, pagers and other sound emitting devices to silent mode, and avoid communicating over the phone inside the venue.
13. Do not use flash, tripod, fill light or selfie stick in the venue.
14. Photography, videotaping or recording in any form for commercial purposes or any form of commercial activities is forbidden without the permission of Mind Space.
15. Pets are not allowed (except guide dogs accompanying the visually impaired. The visually impaired or their companion should contact our staff by email at least 3 working days before the visit for arrangement).
16. No storage facilities are provided in Mind Space. Please do not bring bulky items or luggage and take good care of your personal belongings. Visitors are at their sole responsibilities on their personal properties. Mind Space is not responsible and shall not be held liable for any loss and/or damage of visitors’ personal properties.
17. For your safety, a security camera system has been installed inside the venue.
18. Mind Space reserves the right to deny admission, or to require a person already admitted to leave the venue for failure to comply with any of the rules and regulations of Mind Space.
19. Upon entry to the venue, visitors are deemed to agree that Mind Space has the right to use the photographs and videos taken, survey results, sharing, etc. collected during the event for educational, research and publicity purposes.
20. Please read the 'Privacy Policy Statement' and 'Disclaimer of Mind Space before booking a visit.
21. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of the contents in this website or this app, the English version shall prevail.
22. We reserve the right to amend any of the above terms without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, we reserve the right to make the final decision.
